Julie’s 20 years experience in business development and marketing has been wide and varied. Before joining Trent Management she worked for Sony in Germany as they moved into the Eastern European market, was part of a team marketing the benefits of a nursing home group in South Wales and spent time with Cambridge University’s Business School recruiting MBA students. A keen netballer and mum to two boys keeps life interesting.

With almost 20 years experience in the training field, Helen has worked at senior level in both the public and private training sector. Her aim is to help people fully realise their potential in all areas of their lives. A fellow of The Institute of Leadership and Management, Helen acts as an External Verifier for them, she holds accreditations and qualifications in management, training & development and coaching and mentoring. Helen is a licensed MBTI Practitioner.

Since 1991, Lynn’s forte has been in challenging and supporting Directors & Senior Managers within a wide and diverse range of organisations through mentoring, coaching and workshop activity to improve Business Practice. She endeavours to achieve high performing, effective Managers who provide the service people deserve to perform effectively, challenging current skills and behaviours and enabling them to ‘do things differently’ or ‘do different things’. Away from the office her love of Salsa has taken her to many exotic locations around the world.

Graham is an adaptable and accomplished training consultant with over 18 years managerial and training experience. His enthusiastic approach is based on the premise that the customer knows best and he helps them explore ways that their learning can be practically applied to their workplace. His key talents lie in helping individuals and groups reach their full potential. He is able to listen and adapt to each individual’s needs, and above all, he keeps training enjoyable.
