Each member of our team has a wealth of business and managerial experience in
a variety of disciplines and industries, as well as significant
training and consultancy experience.

Andrew Bilous, BA(Hons), Training Director |
A former Army Officer and dynamic training consultant
with over 15 year’s management and training experience. Andrew
is an accomplished negotiator with a wide variety of exposure that
includes liaison with senior government departments, the public sector,
media and a broad variety of service and manufacturing industries.
He has a strong commitment to training and a proven ability to work
successfully from grass roots through to CEO. |
Ian Winter, BA(Hons)MA,MBA,IMC |
As well as having a competent academic track
record, Ian has wide management training experience spread across
the private, public and voluntary sectors. Ian's passion for
training is to be a catalyst for personal and organisational change
and to see organisations be more efficient and effective as a direct
result of his input. |
Jacqui Sjenitzer, BSc(Hons), CIPD |
Jacqui’s
training experience in the public and private sectors spans 11
years. A first class Psychology graduate, Jacqui’s enthusiasm is to
encourage personal development through training, learning and
coaching to facilitate attitude and behavioural change.

Sue Nock, Chartered MCIPD |
A human resource and employee development consultant
specialising in the design of performance management systems. Sue
has over fourteen years experience in consultancy, working in partnership
with major public and private sector organisations together with seventeen
years experience of human resource management in a variety of industries.

Stephanie McManus, BA (Hons), Chartered FCIPD |
Stephanie’s background is in hands-on training
and human resources management in the building materials industry.
She has built on this with a wide range of experience in the manufacturing,
distribution, co-operative and engineering sectors, as well as others.
She has worked with many large employers as well as local organisations.

An experienced and enthusiastic training consultant
who has worked with both public and private sector organisations.
Jon has a strong track record of achievement in training and development
and specialises in training needs analysis, design and development
of training programmes, facilitation, outdoor team and leadership
development. |

health and safety consultants who have had real success in
delivering site and management training across a whole range of
