Trent Management is an accredited ILM centre and
has been delivering programmes for many years across a wide
range of businesses that include local authorities, manufacturing,
and service industries. We have an outstanding success rate and
our style is to deliver a highly interactive programme tailored
to suit your needs.
ILM programmes are offered to team leaders at level 2, first line
managers at level 3 and at diploma level 5 (equivalent of the second
year of a Foundation Degree) to middle managers. All programmes
can be delivered through a mixture of direct and distance learning
and offer shorter introductory courses which provide excellent value
for money; subjects taught at the introductory level can later count
towards the full certificate.
Whilst programmes can be delivered around your operational requirements
we have noticed that best results are achieved when delivery is
spread over a period of time, ideally one day every three weeks;
this gives delegates time to absorb information, apply new ideas
and to feed back success stories. Best practice is therefore shared
across the company, bringing benefits that include cost savings
and measurable improvements in working practices.
