At Trent Management we deliver bespoke team building programmes designed to meet your needs, location and budget.

We will work with you to deliver an exciting, fun and dynamic programme using the outdoors as the vehicle for learning and development.  Events can be integrated with previous management training and pitched at any level of delegate ability.

Our team building programmes are not physical fitness events; teams are evenly picked in terms of gender, age and experience with team tasks emphasising themes such as motivation, communication, briefing skills and ownership.

Programmes can be run at a number of locations ranging from your place of work to local woodland for half and one day events to Peak District hotels if your preferred option is a residential programme.
